Advanced control for Microroller® Motor Driven Rollers

The Microroller Driver Module provides the capability to control the operation, direction and speed of a 24-volt DC Microroller MDR.
Functionality includes:

  • Easy DIP switch enabled selection of MDR type, voltage, and braking mode.
  • Closed-loop speed control to hold roller speed at a constant value, improving conveyor system tuning.
  • Discreet speed selection for accurate zone-to-zone speed control.
  • Multiple fault indications for more thorough troubleshooting.

The ZL-DH100 replaces all of the ZL-DK100 variants in one unit per the table below. Emulation of each product can be selected using DIP switches on the product. To simplify the product line and modernize connectivity drivers now utilize 10-Pin JST connectors. The new connectors can handle higher current and provides the same secure, positive connection required for industrial applications.
