4 Zone Merge/Divert/Transfer Module

Easy control of merges, diverts and transfers without a PLC.

The ZoneLink³ 4 Zone merge/divert/transfer (MDT) module is a plug-and-play solution for merge, diverts and transfers on conveyor control systems. It has built-in logic for 8 MDT modes with 4 release modes and 4 lift modes.

NO PLC REQUIRED.
RJ-11 auto-sensing sensor ports allows easy installation of NPN or PNP sensors.
Auxiliary inputs and outputs included.
Pass-through power terminals for easy direct current (DC) wiring distribution.
Snap-in mounting plate for easy, tool-less installation.
Fully compatible with all ZoneLink Microroller Systems.
Can be configured to use transfer sensors or timers.

All ZoneLink³ 4 Zone controllers are available exclusively through the MAC Distributor Network.
